  • Spring & Fall League

    Spring & Fall League

    The Swish Spring & Fall League is a fun and competitive 10-week series that provides two weekly trainings and one weekly competitive game. Led by experienced AAU coaches and junior basketball trainers; players will level up their skills and court IQ while competing with players from multiple area towns. This league covers it all with individual direction, team development and lots of game play opportunities. Players collaborate with Swish coaches to identify areas of strength and desired growth, taking ownership of their development throughout the season. Games are held (in collaboration with EJRP) on Saturdays, at courts centrally located in Essex, VT.

    The league wraps up with an end-of-season tournament.

  • Summer & Winter Games Series

    Summer & Winter Games Series

    Join us for our Swish Summer & Winter Games Series. Enter as an individual player or as a team for an 8-game series played Saturday nights in Essex, VT. This series is a games-only offering that includes skill development challenges at half-times for all players to have fun while tracking progress and growth. These series ends with a fun playoff finale for all to experience and cheer on.

  • Junior Coach Program

    Junior Coach Program

    Swish believes in the power of youth leadership and player/mentor relationships on and off the court. Basketball IQ expands through understanding multiple perspectives of team dynamics and game environment. The Swish coaching team offers select high-school level players interested in learning pillars of team dynamics and coaching - the training opportunity and in-game experience of co-coaching with a member of the Swish coaching team. Select youth are assigned a Rising Start or or Middle School team to assist in all coaching responsibilities. This program takes the peer impact and player community to the next level and strengthens individual leadership skills and experience.

  • Junior Official Program

    Junior Official Program

    Swish believes in building essential connections between players and officials in their community. In collaboration with the Vermont Basketball Officials Association (VBOA), Swish offers players an opportunity to receive training by a certified Vermont official and then integrate their learning with weekly opportunities to officiate Swish league games where they are paired with a certified official/mentor. This program also assists in building a strong future for the VBOA to support the community's need for future generations. (Junior officials receive compensation for their officiating services.)

  • 1-on-1 Training Packages

    1-on-1 Training Packages

    Swish coaches have the great benefit of watching your player perform in multiple environments and games throughout the season. Regular contact and observation provides an invaluable opportunity for insightful feedback, detailed direction and overall reinforcement of what makes your player one-of-a kind.

    Swish offers two options (1 -on-1 or 1-on-2) for specialized training packages which include:

    4x-50 minute sessions geared specifically for players at various developmental levels of the game; a complete player breakdown and profile of your player’s strengths and weaknesses; a comprehensive practice plan specific to your player with homework and detailed training assignments; and a comprehensive basketball IQ plan directing your player on how to take advantage of game situations and set up moves that fit their playing style. This comprehensive package includes practice plans for pre-game, in-game and post-game strategies as well as overall character and approach to the game.
