Check out Swish’s offerings and join our community! We play ball all year round through our Spring and Fall league to our Summer and Winter Game series with camps and clinics offered during school breaks. Swish has designed offerings to compliment your school and AAU seasons as well as keep your hand on the ball during the off-season. We believe in community involvement and intentionally schedule our programs to work around busy schedules and other sports programs.
Swish believes in high quality offerings that are affordable and convenient as well as fun and inclusive of the family and support system of players. Come join the fun and walk away with new skills, friendships and connects to your community!

Join this fun and competitive 10 week Spring League (March - May)! The Swish Spring Basketball league provides weekly training practices led by experienced AAU coaches and Junior coaches and is best suited for players with some basketball experience looking to build skill and court IQ while competing with players from multiple area towns. This league helps players get to the next level in their game through individual direction and game play opportunities. Players will be entered into a Swish team for weekly games. Games are Saturdays at our centrally located Essex High School courts in Essex, VT. The season will wrap up with our popular ‘Spring Shootout’ tournament.
Got a team already and want some game time and experience? Swish offers team registration from outside programs.
Full Team Registration $450: Min 6 games and playoffs. Registration does not include practice, coaching or uniforms.

No winter league 2023/2024
Invite your family and friends to the Swish ‘Saturday Night Fever’ Winter Game Series. Players will build skills and work out those game day kinks while having fun. Registration includes entry to a Swish team where you will compete against other teams in the community for 7 Saturdays. All game nights include 3 skill challenges at the half. The games series will wrap up with a playoff event where family and friends can come watch.

Join Swish for this half day camp over February break! We will focus on shooting and dribbling skills to keep sharp and active over break.

Swish coaches have the great benefit of watching your player perform in multiple training environments and games during the season. This provides an invaluable opportunity for insightful feedback, detailed direction and overall reinforcement of what makes your player one of a kind. Swish offers two options (1 on 1 or 1 on 2) for this one on one training package including four 50 minute sessions geared specifically for players at various developmental levels of the game. This offering is designed specifically for your player and includes a complete player breakdown and profile where Swish coaches will break down your player’s strengths and weaknesses, a comprehensive practice plan specific to your player with homework and detailed training assignments as well as comprehensive basketball IQ plan directing your player on how to take advantage of game situations and set up moves. This comprehensive package includes practice plans for pre-game, in-game and post-game strategy as well as the overall character and approach to the game.
1 on 1 -$145 per player (4 sessions)
